TPL Co. Inc suggest the Harvest Festival in Del Mar

Cotton Wood Country's spinning Garden Art

It's that time of year again, the Harvest Festival is here at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on October 19–21. This roaming event showcases more than 300 artists and craftspeople—dozens of them new to this years show— that will offer unique handmade works. This is the premiere art and craft show in the San Diego area, providing families the best of American handmade crafts, great food, and fun. Every year favorite exhibitors return again and again and I'm excited to see the new ones as well. Aside from exhibiting American handmade items including beautiful jewelry, clothing, specialty foods, photography, original art, hand-turned wood, music, ceramics, there are always those craftsman and artists that specialize in Garden Art:

CottonWood Country has a collection of colorful "spinning" Metalwork perfect for your patio/garden. These also look great inside the house on a doorknob or as a wall decoration...lots of designs and color options. If your design/color choice isn't already made up they will be happy to put one together for you on the spot!!

DeCasas Ceramics which has hand made ceramic plant stakes and other charming garden accessories

Wethered Woods (artist-Steven Borgstrom) creates hanging wind-chimes and mobiles using driftwood and verdigris brass and/or copper. Insulated copper wire is used to hang all the chimes for strength.

The first day is TOMORROW so, click here to buy tickets to enjoy the "three fun-packed days of shopping, stage and strolling entertainment, and festival food all for the price of one ticket. Remember to get your hand stamped to return as many times as you want without paying again. There’s something for everyone in the family, including Kidzones with craft activities for the little ones in most venues – make a day of it, you won’t find a better bargain!"
